-LP receives a bonus (commission) whenever the store team receives a bonus -able to make your own schedule with DLPM approval -LP department yearly conference for development & training -keeping shrink low is the whole stores responsibility not just the LP agents/department -company provided iPads to input cases -very close relationship with leadership team. It's not separated (store vs LP) like other companies I've worked for. Overall, Sephora is an amazing company to work for. I've been doing LP for over 8 years and it is easily the best company I've worked for. I've never felt this supported by my management team or store team in any other LP position I've been in. It's retail so it's not always the best or most amazing everyday. You catch your dose of issues/problems/headaches that come with all retail jobs but Sephora's LP department is one of the best in my opinion.
