The trainings along with product are nice! Back in 2004 I would give this company a 10 for sure

Where to begin......they have lost the focus & concern for there biggest asset of all!! The people that make them $$$, turnover has become very high because of deappreciation for employees, the raises have tanked in the last 4 yr.'s, to to corporate & everyone in every single store location walks on eggshells!, you are constantly watched over & expected to be extremely PC at all times ( when it use to be a little bit looser of an atmosphere) , etc.

Friendly, knowledgeable, supportive coworkers. Management is generally pretty good. You get to work with all the fun products and learn directly from brand reps. And the customers are there to learn about the products - and you get to talk to them about the best products. If you're excited about Sephora, go apply!
