Being owned by LVMH helps in regards to incredible benefits and an emphasis on work/life balance (4 weeks paid vacation at hire date; summer Friday's from Memorial Day through Labor Day; after work events, etc.)

They pay right on the line with what an average salary is for every single position offered - no more and no less. With so many tech/techy lifestyle brands in this city that pay over the average, it's surprising that this hasn't changed. They will lose people because of it. Sephora is growing at an extremely fast rate and they can't keep up with the growth - burnout is a HUGE factor here. In order to stay on top, we take on more projects that we can handle. Not enough resources.
