      There are no pros to this company what so ever. He will use you until he goes bankrupt again and let everyone go like he just did this past year.

      The company is absolutely horrible to its employees. It's on the verge of bankruptcy at all times and if you love lying through your teeth to clients all day then this is perfect for you. The CEO in particular will treat you like a body and dispose of you the second he doesn't need you anymore. We got CONSTANT late paychecks and bounced paychecks. For the love of Jesus, do not work for them.

Involvement in projects from start to finish so you feel a sense of ownership and pride at the end. Very inclusive environment with lots of room to advance.
