      Training felt rushed. Pressure to meet a daily quota of completed requests despite cases of limited ability due to amount of info provided by customers. Multiple systems/search engines to use, which can be slow or have incomplete information. Workload can vary, so you might have downtime that feels boring without music or background videos.

      If you don't have staffing then you are required to work weekends consistently, Sales calls requirements keep getting higher and higher, incompetent corporate leadership. Pay is based on 44 hours worked weekly for assistants(48 for Store managers; leaves room for less work/life balance
