I appreciate they take mental health seriously and advocate for employees to take time off when needed. The messaging and rules may slightly differ depending on what department/team you're on and your direct manager. But overall, they provide an engaging and fun environment. Pay may be under the typical rate depending on the position, so I recommend checking Glassdoor and negotiating as needed.

Shutterfly isn't perfect, but no organization is. Managers come in all shapes and sizes, which you'll find no matter where you go. You will have one person who trusts you and treats you like an adult and another who micromanages everyone and talks down to people. However, if you speak up and share your concerns, leadership does their best to listen and try to implement change where they can.
