Dear Colleague - I appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback however it is obviously concerning you feel this way. I hope you would be able to contact me directly to discuss further in confidence - john.mayes@softwareone.com - we are a performance driven company with a meritocratic approach so it is disappointing to see that you feel we do not provide equal opportunities for all to succeed. I have just returned from LATAM to meet with a number of our employees who joined us as trainees who are now in Sales & Technology Leadership roles to understand more about their progress and how it has been achieved so we can improve - we are not perfect and never will be but I hope that we can improve so I would love to hear your view.
