7yThank you for taking the time to share your feedback - great to see you are learning and developing - this is a core focus for us to try to make sure that people have the opportunity to become better versions of themselves during their time with us.
In regards to your other point, you are right, the "floor" does generate a lot of noise during peak hours in our Service Centre - this is a consequence of growth and the significant headcount we have invested there and we actively encourage collaboration between the teams - however, we also want this to be anc ocahc this to be constructive, not distracting hence the availability of meeting rooms and breakout areas for privacy / focus.
Reference access to the site - we have a security provider and registration system that is set up to provide access to authorised employees to the general site (including visual and other security measures) as a first layer. Furthermore, we have additional layers of fingerprint and ID card access for high security areas and our own Security practice is continually updating our own standards to the highest level. Security is paramount in what we do – if you are aware of unauthorised people on site then please raise this with the local leadership immediately. If you have the opportunity then please contact me directly with further details – I will in any case review this as a priority with the relevant teams.
