Thanks for taking the time to write your thoughts here. It's really good to see the positive support to working culture and that the busy pace of work and constant activity is a good thing. We are investing heavily in employee growth in India - hiring a dedicated L&D team ahead of 2019 and we already use a number of external vendors to provide training and development such as the C3 program from MW.
