Thanks for the comments - I will be completely open here and agree, I don't think we have gotten everything right so far with the current integration processes we have ongoing. I would be very appreciative if you could help us understand where we can improve on communication & execution - we have a dedicated PMO and Integration team focused on bringing the countries and portfolios together, with various sub streams such as HR and IT working on operational integration at an employee level. For comms, we have been running townhalls globally and the individual functions are doing the same internally, but perhaps this is not enough? or our approach is not landing.
