4yThank you for the feedback and I am sorry to hear that this is your experience. It is not the culture we have embedded or support. Equally we are very open about our flat hierarchy in a cultural sense so I am sorry if you did not feel you could ever come to me or my colleagues directly if you felt you were not being heard - this is very important to us and of course I am directly accountable for HR so always want to listen to ideas as to how we can improve employee partnerships and enablement. We do operate a performance based culture with bonuses as a key part of that - this is not always to everyone's DNA but it is clear part of our strategy as is the ability to over perform.
