Huge company focus on culture, yet the company possesses none whatsoever with senior management unapproachable and other employees having no respect for any of the graduates. Very high pressure and extremely tense working atmosphere were you fear the sack any minute. Can be distressing to be sacked and also see other colleagues fired and told to leave randomly on the spot. Lots of cold calling often without any real help and with limited training on most products, yet you're still expected to excel.
