1 VERY hard to get up to speed as there was NO onboarding training and a myriad of hopelessly dis-connected systems to navigate - hope this has been fixed in the last 5 years 2 HUGE TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS - These people LOVE to travel so much that it is just not possible to be productive
