Terrible employee management and payroll system - Recensione dipendente - IT Contractor presso Solution Partners (IL)

Payroll is frequently messed up. They have one person running payroll and she is unresponsive. Terrible payroll and time clock system. Can't check your paystubs until the day payroll is due in your account. If there is a mistake on your time sheet they don't tell you or advise you of it hasn't been accepted or if it's coming due or if it's late they just don't pay you. You only get paid twice a month so they give you the back pay on the next pay check which is over 2 weeks away. Benefits are terrible they cost 300 a month for just one person for health insurance. No paid holidays or PTO. If you're off for a holiday you're just off.
