A lot of people are hired right out of college for their entry level, so it's a good place to start. Currently support WFH Great career opportunity to grow and learn a lot about the consulting world when just starting out Get out what you put in, if you put in a lot of time and effort, you'll be rewarded with career opportunities, but you don't need to go over your hours if you get the work done.

I'm slightly worried about the future of SR, they seem to be getting more into a top-down approach, moving away from an employee first ideals that they used to have. They've also expanding the amount of offices that have, which seems to me like a waste of money when the entire job can be done virtually. On top of that, they have also been seemingly reducing promotion opportunities and adding a time-gate to them, with less transparency into the company overall.
