Interesting projects that require coordination and teamwork between different disciplines/departments, promotes inter-disciplinary teamwork. Large company with lots of variety in the types of work. Decent, competitive salary. Company continues to grow with little signs of slowing down.

Performance reviews only happen once a year, more feedback would be better. Not many internal promotional opportunities. Can feel like you're just a number within the company/limited personal recognition.
