Terrible place for women to work. Specially, if you are minority woman. Hours can be inhumane. Imagine only 3 hours of sleep per night for 4 days in a row. Switching projects means upsetting off partners who can then be petty and destroy your career. There are good partners / leaders too but unfortunately they don’t call the shots.
