Very bad work-life balance with a culture focused on facetiming and presenteeism and very long working hours and frequent weekend work. Can't plan personal life or achieve personal goals. Very stressful working conditions . All work is labeled urgent and deadlines are unrealistic. Project scoping focuses on minimizing the number of people staffed on a given project. Company faces serious issues with the number of people available to staff on projects. Projects are becoming much less strategic and value adding and more about BS work and pleasing clients at any cost
