      Some people feel that culture is not good but so far so good. in every company there are 10-15% of the people who are badass. S& is improving its culture. Perks are high not to join any other competition (even MBB)

      You can get a good amount of beach time. If you have a lot going on in your life, that may be a good thing. If you are young and need to learn, don't let that happen. Being busy and grinding (within reason) is more worth it than things being too chill. Some projects that had travel had good culture.

      Layoffs all the time for wrong reasons, way too remote with no ability to get young and hungry people the experience in person they need. Always stressing about utilization.
