Average Employer - Recensione dipendente - Senior R&D Engineer II presso Synopsys

Not much of training that happens for the employees. No library. No fun at work. No medical room. Poor medical insurance for employees. Does not match pay-cheques that some other employer will offer for people with same skill set.
