-they encourage employees to grow within company but when i applied for a position they did not even gave me a chance for an interview. how can we suppose to grow within when they don't even gave us a fair chance? -highly politicized company. it's mostly who they know and not what they know. -Overkill process driven that it's becoming more as a "Red Tape" -you can't exercise your decision making skill even on minute matters. -Campus too many speed bumps
