All this with NO grievance redressal mechanism so please keep your issues to yourself. Please forget about the HR department as they are either super busy or super ignorant to take up employee issues. 5. Smaller teams have lower budgets hence suffering huge monetary losses and long awaiting promotions, still, managers play their favorite Rabbit-Carrot game during every hike cycle.
