There is always disagreement between the business units. They do not work as a team but are always in competition with one another for customers. Overall, the culture is becoming more and more toxic every day. People used to matter here, but not anymore. The top leaders do not have much communication with the employees. A lot of good people were laid off because top leaders made very bad decisions and they were not able to own up to their part and their goals were not met.
