The interview process was intense and rigorous. The evaluation was across leadership capabilities, cultural fit, problem-solving skills, and strategic thinking. The company was very responsive and courteous throughout the interview process. Onboarding process: Taptap Send allows you to be an entrepreneur, and you come up with your ideas and execute them. The onboarding process enables me to engage all 'C' levels and listen to their perspectives (Integration into the company becomes seamless). The company provided a 'buddy' for me, and I could ask him any questions about the company.

-It is a fast-paced company, and sometimes a younger employee may lose his/her rhythm. -There is the quest for impact that would sometimes overshadow the employee's having a proper understanding of the business. -While the fast-paced environment can boost productivity. It can also lead to burnout if not managed carefully.
