No training and development as such. You would be put directly on job. *Those lucky ones who join at salary - way above market standard salary soon realize the truth about company and start looking for job change in my to find out they wont even get same salary. * MD lack Vision. Senior management takes full advantage of this situation. *You will end up becoming jack of all trades and master of none :) *They tried to bring in freshers from top notch institutes, but jus could utilize them properly. I am one such eg. *Full of old Psu retired people as VP, Sr VP who are unknown to quality working culture companies. *Most Imp: Going through a real bad shape these days financially
