Discrimination: I have witnessed instances of discrimination by a TL from Asia against individuals based on factors such as gender, race, and personal beliefs. Such discriminatory actions are not only ethically wrong but also unlawful. Gossip and Lying: A TL from Asia has been involved in spreading false information and rumors about team members and colleagues, which has led to a toxic workplace environment. Additionally, A TL from Asia has been found lying about various work-related matters.
