The nature of constant change creates an environment where every employee must learn how to quickly adapt to change, while still being a productive member of the workforce.

The culture at TikTok is one where folks don't hold a high bar with regards to how they treat fellow employees. There have been strange HR investigations that occur due to employee misconduct, and this seems to be a fairly normal / frequent thing that happens. Morale is fairly low across several teams, and workers tend to feel undervalued.
