ive only been working there for less than a week, its my first job and overall its okay. its fastpaced and my coworkers are nice and easy to work with. the customers are friendly. and my first paycheck seems to be prety generous for minimum wage(i havent gotten it yet, but i calculated what i shoudl be getting) as a high schol student looking for some extra cash, or saving up for something, its a good job. it just takes some getting used to.

since its only been a week youd think that i dont have to much to complain about, but i do. before i started working i got my uniform a couple days before when i came in to fill out the paperwork( one whole hour for paperwork!) but i only got the shirts and pants, no belt, no visor. and some where along the lines, they failed to mention that you have to supply your own black, rubber soled, non slip shoes. oh and no nametag saying that im a new trainee, so the customers wil understand that i have no clue what im doing. so i come in ym first day ready to start watching those horrible training videos( how the hell did they come up with 8 hours of that torture?) and it turns out my manager, who is teribly frogetful it appears, didnt put me into the computer system so i couldnt watch videos, and they put me on drive thru, with no officail training.its easy and simple to do, putting in the orders once you figure out where all the buttons are on the thing. but its so hard to understand what those people say. i couldnt tell you how many times i had to ask, what did they just say, medium double double? let me tell you something people, when you go through drive thru please please please speak loudly and clearly, it is difficult to understand your order when you are speakign at even normal volume and especially when you talking fast. with all those other sounds coming into the ehadset, your voice gets muffled and staticy. the next day i sat and watched videos. fun. hmm im scared to work drive thru but ill get used to it. but i am new so i stil have to egt used to it.
