Thank you for taking the time to provide a review on Glassdoor. We continue to review our benefits and are excited to not have an increase in our health insurance plan this year. We also changed our Short Term Disability policy to provide up to 60% of wages when a team member is out of the office. We are also working on other items to announce as of 1/1/2020. In 2019 we have focused on promoting from within and have created a regional community manager and regional service manager to assist with communities that are short-staffed. Pay is good, fair expectations, team culture is great if everyone on your team contributes, friendly upper management and supportive sister sites.

Health benefits are severely lacking and could use a good overhaul for what we pay bi weekly for. The green track program is excellent if they had more opportunities of advancement, but in the field once you hit CM status, you’re basically just stuck. However, this is great for the company having low turnover in staffing.
