      The workload is far too much meaning that you always stay at least an hour late every evening and are unable to take a lunch break. The management is very immature and unprofessional.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
