-lack of leadership -compensation plan is ridiculous -lack of team work - there is a ridiculous split system that you have to split your credit to people who does no work - no company culture - senior management, the founders... Google them and enough said. This ugly divorce is the white elephant.. Everyone knows but don't talk about it - HR is useless - very traditional company. It was only a few years ago that employees were allow to disclose they work at Transperfect - glassdoor is blocked for obvious reasons
