Managers do not know how to manage, they control people. Nobody cares about your development. When you need support from other colleagues on a project, it is highly possible that you will be pushed back. If you are the most recent hire of your team, you will be assigned tasks that other people don’t want to do or least important things are trivial for a long time. And you won’t get properly mentored. Work life balance is terrible. Low pay. High turnover rate. Please avoid this company if you care about your mental health and future development. Several people I know, including me, feel quite depressed and stressful working here.
