Higher management are either overcompensating mean spirited bullies or doormats who just lie there and do nothing. Only care about money. Nepotism is rampant. If you want to get promoted, prepare to do some bum kissing because only those ones climb. Not merit based. Pms are outsourced to cheaper countries or are immigrants or minorities who are exploited. Translators are juniors who are underpaid and no training or real mentor ship is provided. Revisors become so after 6 months out of university due to high turnover. Prepare to be exploited and do long hours and not get any raise for years. Prepare to be treated like dirt. Management will not have your back. One of the sales people even got sued for harassment at work and was kept on board while the whistle blowers got cut.

Provides strong opportunities for travel, especially around conferences. The company makes a strong effort to onboard and support new employees and clients. There are many great colleagues to connect with and learn from.

Svantaggi

My experience was that leadership lacked clear direction and timely decision-making. The culture felt transactional, with employee retention and development taking a back seat to short-term financial performance.
