      Colleagues and social aspect is positive. Support from management can be good depending on the person and their experience. Prepares you for to handle any high pressure situation in any future job because it is constantly high pressure at TransPerfect.

      Svantaggi

      Managers often don’t know the basics of PMs jobs and are unable to offer support. Salary does not compensate for hours of work put in. Management make a lot of promises re salary increases and promotions that are not approved by senior management.

      The work isn't too tough. The people in the office are skilled and pleasant. There are decent benefits and you can work from home for 2 days.

      Svantaggi

      The pay is bad. Decent for when you first start but raises are small and infrequent. Bonuses are even smaller and more infrequent. We were fully remote but slowly have been forced back into office for no good reason.
