I started as a new consultant at TwoScots with no prior experience. The commission structure is one of the best in the industry. No deficit model, no discretionary decisions, it’s all in black and white. Extra benefits include flexible hours between 8am-6pm, with standard 40 hour weeks - you are not expected to work longer than this.
