Literally everything: Poor basic wage Bonuses that make very little sense or are unobtainable. Expected to work outside of paid hours. Lead by a network of Directors and Managers who are all Spanish, and have very little knowledge of England / the UK overall. Attitude from aforementioned directors is shocking. (Why is a director messaging me on Teams giving me attitude for issues that are not mine?). Massive staff turnover, they will sack absolutely anyone who questions them on anything, knowing they can cheaply replace all staff. The company is ran by a group of Spanish friends with the sole objective of churning out sales of a bad product. The potential to reach a role of any status is impossible unless you are from an EU country, at which point you will be placed at the top immediately.
