Fire you before the end of the first month. No work-life balance. Give 4 days of training thinking it will be enough and just dump you in front of customers and expect you to get results straight away. Commissions are always published wrong. Management always bullies you and puts you under pressure and stress. Could be looking to work even 8 pm on any day(including Sunday) if appointments come and if you don't attend you get fired. Extremely long hours (9 am to 8 pm sometimes). Forget about progression unless you know someone high up. You will probably get fired within the first 2 months out of nowhere even achieving KPI's because they don't like you as a person. Prices for customers go up but commissions always go down meaning more work for less money. Very pricey compared to other companies. The marketing department thinks this is still Spain. More than half of management isn't even from the UK. Micromanagement is like having a live location or sending locations every hour. No base salary. You sell, install, service, and deal with the customer for a minimum of 3 months but they will take commissions back even if the customer cancels within 1 year. No one knows the exact facts about the market or alarm systems. They just throw random words and numbers at customers to bully them to buy. Racing against telesales as they can offer much less than you can for the exact system. Most of the time there are issues with the system and installations, Most of the time we are lying to customers because even managers don't know the terms and conditions. Very low-quality appointments (free doorbell etc.) but you are the one always blamed. The booking department has a target every month, hence the reason the quality of appointments is very low. Group interviews are a red flag (Hire and fire).
