There is the "higher ups" who are making the BIG bucks, then the lower lever managers and supervisors who are vastly underpaid, then the "worker bees" who actually do all the grunt work are paid very little. Check out other retirement communities in the area. They all pay more. GO ELSEWHERE, trust me.
