      The company entered in the outsourcing cycle, this mean: When you go to work to WeDo you will have to stay months in a external outsourcing company(1year In most of the cases), and in that time you are treated like an no one, no card to enter in the company etc Any studies/courses that you want/need are not supported by the company. Any external study have to be paid by you even if it is a added value for the company. There company will not give you any add value. The policy is to replace any person when they are not satisfied, instead of try to keep the persons. Small road-map and support when you go in, then you will have to do what you think is the right.

      Company culture is warm and welcoming. My team is really like my family. Lots of opportunities for growth and expanding on knowledge; the office is a very casual, laid-back space where no question is too simple. But, it's also a small office where EVERYONE must work hard and wear multiple hats. It's for type-A people, definitely not those who 'hide' in their cubes all day.

      Some growing pains in modernizing our software/technology so it stays competitive to our clients. Sometimes the pressure of a client with a million dollar contract threatening not to renew is a little scary. There is also, sadly, a growing divide between the delivery/prod teams and the SOFT development teams.
