-Loved the Company mission. They truly believe in wanting to promote employee health and wellness. Great work life balance. Good benefits.

Svantaggi

Start up environment. Constant battles with the app not functioning properly. When you try to get one issue fixed sometimes it takes months to get done. Some stuff still hasn’t been fixed. Tech team based in another country so trying to get them to help you was a different battle.

We're glad you made Gympass part of your career and appreciate the work you did to further our mission in Houston. I'm sorry to hear that your experience at Gympass was negatively impacted by frustrations with the product. While we've made a ton of progress on this front, we know it's not perfect yet. After hearing feedback like yours, we recently implemented several new communication channels between the product team and the rest of the company to address issues faster and have seen a lot of improvement.
