At Gympass, we view all of our employees as leaders, and we expect that management fosters an environment in which employees can work independently, raise disagreements, and advocate for solutions to move us forward. Our culture creates a safe space for employees to make an impact. What you are sharing sounds inconsistent with the values we strive for, and so it saddens us to hear you had that experience. Although you are no longer working at Gympass, we encourage any current employees who may be reading this to speak up if they aren't seeing our values actualized so we can look into the situation.
