Our leadership team is composed of individuals with a wide range of professional experiences, both within Gympass and externally in the fitness and tech industries. We operate a structured interview process focused on assessing competencies, for both external and internal candidates, for all levels including leadership. This ensures we bring on top-level leaders with the right skills to drive Gympass forward, and to work collaboratively throughout the organization to set our focus.
