Pay reasonably well and offer "store dollars" when monthly goals are met. It's not a competitive work environment, which is really nice. They offer a wide variety of interesting and unique items.

I found staff to be fairly cliquey and not as welcoming as they appeared to be. There was definitely favoritism.

Travelling on daily basis can make you sick which otherwise can be pleasurefull for some.
