Nessuno purtroppo, non si hanno incentivi né le uniche cose che compensano è se vinci i contest delle vendite

- non è pagata l’identità cassa ma se i soldi mancano ti chiedono di integrarli di tasca tua - quando fai le trasferte non sempre sono pagate perchè cambiano il regolamento a loro piacimento - le ferie estive sono sempre confermate in ritardo, se confermate aggiungo - le ore extra al tuo contratto vengono pagate come ordinarie

Great teamwork and teammates are interdependent on each other (Depends on the people though, as one new member that joined would steal sales, say sexual things and abandon his responsibility)

-Bad management from the operations manager, office people, and the sales management -Schedule done simply without listening to the part-time staff's availability, and even after being informed their availability, they did not follow it. So the schedule has to be redo again. Yet after the schedule has been updated, still got issue with a part time working 50 hours per week. And many times the full time staff has to work full shift, even sometimes consecutively -The salary for the full time and part time are not high yet their expectations are overly high. Will have to repeat the same tasks over and over again -Commission is not high -Even the store manager who joined a month earlier than me resigned in 2 months due to bad management from the higher ups
