Clients are the only reason this place is worth working at- its very meaningful work, and the program itself is top notch- they truly care about the clients- and treat them with respect, dignity, accountability- tailored to the individual needs of the youth- I would absolutely recommend placement at YSS for any parent who has a teenager struggling with addiction.

Turnover, very young staff- with little to no real life experience, being short staffed is a common occurrence, minimal support from leadership/ supervisors as they are largely not available- way too many responsibilities placed on individual staff in all job roles- The list is long-
