Good and relatable team across the world. We were divided and collaborating by geographies and everyone was super nice. Immediate leaders were kind, relatable and always willing to help. There were structured process but not necessarily mature. There was plenty of room to grow in terms of proposals. Payment was good, above average.

I think the main challenge was the way in which which top management communicated, even being rude in slack channels. One might expect founders and leaders to be relatable, perhaps not necessarily kind, but at least not rude, which was the case.
