6yThank you for sharing your experience. I am sorry to read about it and I hope we are working towards changing this experience. Announced this week, we have created targets for hiring at least 40% women in the 6 most senior roles including the management board and supervisory board. And we have ambitions in the near future to create targets on other dimensions of diversity besides gender. But more importantly, we are working on creating initiatives to increase opportunity, inclusion and a sense of belonging for everyone, especially supporting people of color, folks from outside of Germany, the LGBTQI+ community, women, nonbinary and trans individuals and parents. Two things we are doing specifically: we are developing an Employee Resource Group program to support employee groups to be visible and have impact and we are setting up a training program to help all Zalandos, but especially leaders, to have a strong grasp of D&I concepts and awareness.
