This is not the type of work experience we strive to create at Zalando and we are grateful you took the time to share it with us so we can work on improving. We have specifically called out in our latest D&I report, the need to do.better in bringing people from all backgrounds and cultures to work at Zalando. We will continue to focus on these efforts since we recognize that Zalando was founded and is headquartered in Germany. More and more investment continues to be made in creating a more diverse and inclusive workforce.
