People needs to corner someone on one to one basis to get their selfish view across, spread their bias view until things happen their way - inconsistent leaders - biased performance reviews and promotions - lack of innovation in Tech and tech standards and processes - unhealthy product and engineering relationship. Product acts as technical team manager. Product lacks strategic commercial experience and contribution to engagements. Product acts as a micromanaging scum master who also believes that they can contribute and lead the technical direction of Teams and projects.
