- Processes can get slow sometimes - Tendency for a few bottlenecks - Missing resources in the engineering dept. makes it challenging to change quickly - Periodic emotional outbursts from a select few in upper management

Straight from the beginning I had a very good start in ZenGuard and still having a great time: + great and nice Interview process + very good onboarding + I get everytime support and Feedback from my manager + I learn a lot and also as working student I am responsible for my own tasks + Very flexible working hours + nice and friendly collegues + the company offers a lot benefits
